Hypnotherapy, by definition, is therapeutic. It is a two-way process between the therapist and the client, and is used every day by countless psychiatrists and psychologists around the world.
Why hypnosis?
Because it is simply a state of focused concentration which by-passes the conscious mind to correct subconscious programming in the client’s mind. Applications include, but are not limited to:
